全安斯福FALLRPOTEC直流作业系统,作为异形幕墙维护要求的典型解决方案,是一种理想的,可以便携式升降和水平移动的机械装置,符合欧标2006/42/CE机械指令。其控制手柄设置紧急制动开关,确保操作人员可以在特殊情况下急停升降作业。无动力释放开关,确保操作人员可以在停电或其他无动力情况下,通过手动开关缓缓速降至地面。LED颜色监控器,可以让操作人员随时知晓电池使用状态和充电进程。

Climber Hoist is intended to lift one or two people. It is fix to a Bosun Chair or to a platform, to allow safe access at height on a building or structure in order to clean or perform work on a façade. The Climber has the following components: a battery powered hoist, a fall arrest device, a suspension rope and a secondary safety rope. 

Bosun Chair is a textile harness that has an integrated rigid bench. The Bosun Chair is certified for one user and his equipment, RL=120 kg. The Bosun Chair weights 3 kg and can be easily transported inside the trunk of a car. The user can focus on his work since there are no objects between him or the façade and has both hands free. 

Rigid Chair is covered by a synthetic leather skin and a cushion. It is certified for one user and his equipment. RL = 120 kg. The Rigid Chair weights 34 kg and can easily be transported inside a van. It is fitted with two wheels for easy transport and to ensure a gentle contact with the facade . The user can focus on his work since there are no objects between him and the facade. The user is comfortably seated and has both hands free. 

Cradle is modular and it is designed for one or two users. The one man Cradle has a rated load (RL) of 120 kg and a dead weight of 60 kg. Only one hoist powers the Cradle. The Cradle for two users is designed for a RL of 240 kg. The dead weight is 100 kg. Two Climbers are required to lift the Total Suspended Load (TSL) of 340 kg. The Cradle is manufactured in welded aluminium.

Travelling Beam is a suspension rig that can be moved along the facade to allow access to all the perimeter. The Travelling Beam is attached to two rails that are fixed on the roof. The two rails follow the perimeter of the building and are attached by brackets with a “T” shape. The trolleys on the beam have been designed to pass curves. The beam can be moved manually or by a battery powertrain.
